Check your own IP address

Most control panels like cPanel have a provision for banning a particular IP address or range of IP address. This is a useful feature for banning scrapers and spammers, especially on websites with user generated content. However, you have to be careful and not ban your own IP address, which make it difficult to access your control panel.
